Vectra Advisory
1.1 Scope. Vectra Advisory consists of consulting, specialist, and other professional services identified in the applicable Order Form. Vectra Advisory may relate to a compliance framework, audit, or certification, to a third-party platform or technology a specialist is engaged to work with, or to another subject matter entirely, and may be provided independently of the Platform. Where a Vectra Advisory engagement relates to a compliance framework, audit, or certification, Services Provider does not warrant or guarantee that Customer will obtain or maintain any certification, attestation, audit result, or regulatory status.
1.2 Customer Responsibility; Third Parties. Customer remains solely responsible for the program, system, or business objective a Vectra Advisory engagement supports and for decisions made using Services Provider's advice or work product. Where Customer separately engages a third-party vendor, auditor, certification body, or technology provider in connection with a Vectra Advisory engagement, that engagement is between Customer and the third party and is governed by their separate agreement. Services Provider is not a party to it, makes no representation regarding the third party's performance, and bears no responsibility for the outcome of work that third party performs.

Where they remain owned by Services Provider, Services Provider grants Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for Customer's business purposes, including in providing services to its Clients.
