AI & automation · a separate service
Custom AI automation for security and IT teams.
Our build team builds AI workflows and lightweight apps that take repetitive security and IT work off your plate. Scoped as their own project, apart from the managed program.
Software request automation
ExampleTrigger
A teammate asks for a new project-management tool.
What AI does
Checks whether a similar tool is already in use and flags anything that needs a closer look.
Result
The request lands with the right approver, with the findings attached.
What we build
Automations we have built.
Each one starts with a trigger, an AI step and a result. Open one to see what we built and what changed.
Software security review before IT opens a request
A financial services firm’s IT team gets a documented vendor and risk review attached to every software request, with the approval left to people.
Read moreA weekly security digest for leadership
A short summary of posture, what changed and what needs a decision, written from the program records and sent to the security leader and leadership.
Read moreA chatbot agent a CISO can ask
A conversational agent that answers questions about current risks, open issues and what changed, from the company’s own program data and with its sources shown.
Read moreAn MCP catalog of your security tools
A Model Context Protocol catalog that lets approved AI assistants use your security tools and data, with access controls and a record of every use.
Read moreAutomated alerts and recurring reports
Automations that send the right alert to the person who owns it and draft the recurring reports leadership and auditors ask for.

How a build works
From a manual process to a working automation.
Four steps, each one agreed with you. Scope, cost and timeline are set per project.
- 1
Discover
We learn the process you want to automate: who is involved, which tools it touches and what a good outcome looks like.
- 2
Design
We agree the trigger, what the AI does, where a person reviews, and what the result is, before anything is built.
- 3
Build
Our build team builds the workflow or app and connects it to your tools, then tests it with your team.
- 4
Run
It goes live in your day-to-day work. Ongoing changes can be scoped with you after launch.
Works with your tools
Built to fit the tools you already use.
Automations are designed to work alongside your current workflows, not to add another platform to your stack.
- Compliance platforms
- Ticketing tools
- Communication platforms
- The other tools your team already uses
We confirm the exact connections and the access needed when we scope your build. See how we handle access and data.
People stay in charge
Review where it matters.
Automation takes the repetitive work. Your team keeps the decisions.
You choose the checkpoints
During design we agree which steps run on their own and which wait for a person to approve.
Decisions stay with your team
The AI prepares, filters and routes. People approve what matters, such as access, spend and risk acceptance.
Every step is described
Each automation is written up as trigger, AI step and result, so your team can see what it does and why.
Questions, answered.
Is AI and automation part of the managed program?
No. It is a separate service. Our build team builds custom automations and lightweight apps for your team, scoped as their own project. The managed program runs without them, and you can have either one without the other.
What kinds of things can you build?
Software security review, a weekly security digest, a CISO chatbot agent, an MCP catalog of your security tools, automated alerts and reporting, and custom workflows and apps built around your own process. A threat intelligence workflow is in development. If you have a repetitive security or IT task, talk to us and we will tell you whether it is a good fit.
Which tools can it connect to?
Automations are designed to work with the compliance platforms, ticketing tools and communication platforms you already use, rather than adding a new platform. We confirm the exact connections when we scope your build.
What data does an automation use?
Only the data the process needs, agreed with you during design. Ask us how we handle your data before you commit, and we will walk through it for your specific build.
Do people stay in the loop?
Yes, wherever it matters. We design review steps into the workflow so a person approves the decisions you want a person to make.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Each build is scoped as its own project, so cost and timeline depend on what you need. Talk to us and we will scope it with you.
