Established practices
Keep a large client portfolio consistent, and keep control of it.
A structured layer beside the way your firm already delivers: every client's assessments and risks in one platform, roles for your people, and AI drafts that stay under a reviewer.

Across the practice
What changes when the portfolio has its own system.
At this size the problem is rarely speed. It is consistency, oversight and defensibility.
Client data
Today
Spread across spreadsheets, folders and tools by team.
With Vectra View
Every client is a company in one platform, with isolated assessments, issues, risks and dashboards.
Framework overlap
Today
Each team maps the same controls to each framework again.
With Vectra View
One control library is mapped across the frameworks you report against.
Oversight
Today
Status comes from asking team leads.
With Vectra View
Admins see the full client list, who is assigned to each client and how client numbers stand against the plan.
AI in client work
Today
Unreviewed AI output reaching a client is the worry.
With Vectra View
VectraIQ drafts, and an advisor reviews and edits before delivery. Its chat is read-only and scoped to the selected client.
In the platform
Governance built into the platform.
The controls a larger practice asks about first.
Roles and access
Admin, Advisor, Client Admin, Client and Vendor. Client users see only their own company, and vendors only the assessments sent to them.
A client lifecycle you control
Create clients, assign advisors, edit details and deactivate or reactivate clients. Plan limits apply to everyone in the firm, so usage always matches the plan.
One control library
Map controls once and report against overlapping frameworks, so teams stop redoing the same crosswalk.
Reports under review
Dashboards per client and reports VectraIQ drafts for your reviewers to edit and approve.
Roles
Who can see and do what across a large firm.
Five roles, so a big team shares one platform without sharing every client.
- Admin
- Manages the firm, its clients and its advisor users. Sees the full client list, who is assigned to each client and how client numbers stand against the plan.
- Advisor
- Works on the clients they are assigned to, and reviews and edits VectraIQ drafts before anything reaches a client.
- Client Admin and Client
- Their own company only, never another client of the firm.
- Vendor
- Only the assessments sent to them.
Who owns what
The client is yours. The platform and the extra hands are ours.
You own
- Your delivery model and quality standards
- Who reviews and signs off each deliverable
- Client contracts and relationships
- The tools that run time, billing and ticketing
Vectra View provides
- The platform, VectraIQ and the framework content
- Plan limits and a usage view of them
- Security documentation for your own reviews
VectraPro analysts, for peaks and new service lines
On request, analysts prepare materials and run risk assessments inside your account while your own team ramps up. Arranged by order form.
Fits and limits
A layer beside your delivery, not a rip-and-replace.
What it does
- Runs the clients and services you choose to put in it
- Keeps assessments, risks, vendor reviews and reports together
What it does not do
- Replace your quality process: reviewers stay accountable
- Run your clients' security operations
- Issue certifications or audit opinions
Your procurement team can start with how we handle data and AI on the security page and the customer agreements.
Questions, answered.
Which roles exist, and what can each see?
Admin, Advisor, Client Admin, Client and Vendor. Admins manage the firm, its clients and its advisor users. Client users see only their own company, and vendors respond only to their assessments.
How do we review Vectra View before we buy?
Start with the security page and the customer agreements, which cover data handling, subprocessors and AI terms. Your team can then raise anything left with us.
Can many teams work under one account?
Your advisors work under one firm account. The plan sets how many advisor users, client companies and assessments it covers. We scope large portfolios with you, so talk to us.
Can VectraIQ change client records?
No. Its chat is read-only: it never creates, edits or closes a record, and it answers only from the selected client's data. Drafts for reports and issues are reviewed by an advisor.
