Growing firms

One method across your team, and every client in one place.

Assign clients to advisors and run assessments the same way every time, so a new hire does not mean new inconsistency.

Your team's week

What changes when more than one person delivers.

Growth usually shows up first as uneven quality and a founder who reads everything. This is where it eases.

  • Onboarding a consultant

    Today

Walk them through your templates and hope they use the latest copy.

    With Vectra View

They work in the same assessments, frameworks and scoring as everyone else.

  • Assigning clients

    Today

A shared sheet says who owns which client, until it does not.

    With Vectra View

Each client has named advisors in the platform, and an admin sees the whole client list.

  • Review

    Today

You read every report from scratch, formatting included.

    With Vectra View

Drafts arrive in the same shape, so your review time goes to judgment on the findings.

  • Capacity

    Today

You learn the team is full when delivery slips.

    With Vectra View

Your firm's usage page shows clients, advisors and assessments used against your plan.

In the platform

What a team needs from the platform.

Roles, a client list, shared method and one place to look.

  • Roles for your people

Admins add clients, name the advisors responsible and invite team members. Advisors do the delivery work.

  • A client list you manage

Add clients yourself, search the list, and deactivate a client when the engagement ends so it stops counting against your plan.

  • The same assessment every time

Frameworks, questions and scoring are shared by every advisor, so two consultants reach comparable results for two clients.

  • Dashboards and reports per client

Cyber risk and vendor risk dashboards for each client, and reports VectraIQ drafts for your reviewer to finalize.

Who owns what

The client is yours. The platform and the extra hands are ours.

You own

  • How your team is organized and who reviews what
  • Client relationships and the fees you charge
  • Your own method and advice around the platform
  • Sign-off on every deliverable

Vectra View provides

  • The platform, VectraIQ and the framework content
  • A usage view of clients, advisors and assessments against your plan
  • Plan changes, agreed with you as the firm grows

VectraPro analysts, when work outruns the team

On request, an analyst prepares materials and runs risk assessments inside your account, so you can take on a client before the next hire starts. Arranged by order form.

Fits and limits

Use it for delivery. Keep your stack for the rest.

What it does

  • Holds client assessments, risks, vendor reviews and reports
  • Gives every advisor the same frameworks and scoring

What it does not do

  • Replace your PSA, RMM, ticketing or document store
  • Review your team's work for you
  • Issue certifications or audit opinions
  • Handle your billing or time tracking

Your firm's logo appears in the navigation of your clients' portals. Branding changes go through Vectra View support.

Questions, answered.

Who can add clients and team members?

Admins add client companies and invite advisor users. Advisors do the delivery work, and client users get access to their own company only.

What happens when a client engagement ends?

Deactivate the client. It stops counting against your client limit, and you can reactivate it later if your plan has room.

How do we know when we are near our plan limits?

Your firm's usage page shows six limits: client companies, advisor users, client users, risk assessments, vendor assessments and monitored vendors. Vectra View sets the limits, so contact us to change them.

Does this replace our junior consultants?

No. VectraIQ drafts and scores, and your consultants judge and advise. A junior with the platform produces a consistent first draft. A senior still reviews it.
