Solo consultants and vCISOs
Serve more clients on your own, and keep your name on every deliverable.
One workspace per client. Assessments that score themselves, and drafts you edit before anything reaches a client. You stay the advisor.

Your week
What changes when you run several clients in one place.
The work is still yours. The copying, scoring and formatting around it is what moves.
Starting a client
Today
Copy the last client's folder and scrub the old names.
With Vectra View
Add the client, choose their framework and invite the people who answer the questions.
Scoring
Today
Score the answers by hand and rebuild the findings list each time.
With Vectra View
The platform scores the answers and turns gaps into issues and risks. You decide which ones matter.
Reports
Today
Evenings spent writing a familiar report in a new document.
With Vectra View
VectraIQ drafts the report in seconds. You edit the wording and the findings before it goes out.
Switching clients
Today
Reopen files to remember where you left off.
With Vectra View
Pick the client in the selector. Every dashboard, register and assessment shows that client only.
In the platform
What you work with every day.
Four things carry most of a solo practice.
A workspace per client
Each client has its own assessments, issues, risks and dashboards. Their users see their own company and nothing else.
Assessments across frameworks
Risk assessments for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF and the other frameworks we support, scored the same way every time.
Vendor risk for a client
Run vendor assessments for a client and keep passive checks on their critical vendors between reviews.
Dashboards and a drafted report
A cyber risk dashboard and a vendor risk dashboard for each client, plus a report VectraIQ drafts for you to finish.
Who owns what
The client is yours. The platform and the extra hands are ours.
You own
- The client relationship, the scope and your fees
- Which framework and which assessments each client gets
- The final call on every finding, rating and report
- The advice and remediation plan you give the client
Vectra View provides
- The platform, VectraIQ and the framework content
- Support for you and your client users
- A usage view of your plan, so you know where you stand
VectraPro analysts, when you need more hands
On request, an analyst prepares materials and runs risk assessments inside your account. It is arranged by order form, separate from the platform plan.
Fits and limits
A delivery tool, not another security product.
What it does
- Holds assessments, risks, evidence and reports for each client
- Maps one control library across frameworks
What it does not do
- Replace your judgment: drafts stay drafts until you approve them
- Monitor your clients' networks or act as a SOC or EDR
- Certify anyone: audits and certifications stay with independent auditors
Your calendar, billing and client communication stay where they are. Vectra View holds the assessment work.
Questions, answered.
Does the AI decide anything for me?
No. VectraIQ drafts and scores, and you decide. Reports start as drafts that you edit before delivery. Its chat is read-only and answers only from the records of the client you have selected.
What if I only have a few clients today?
Your plan sets how many clients, assessments and client users your practice can have, and you can see your usage in the platform. Tell us how many clients you run now and we will size the plan to that.
Will my clients know I use Vectra View?
Partly. Your firm's logo appears in the navigation of the portals your clients use, and the platform itself is Vectra View. Branding changes go through our support team, who apply them for you.
Can a client see another client's information?
No. Each client is a separate company in the platform, and a client user sees only their own. You switch between clients with the company selector, and each view refreshes to that client.
Other practices
See how it works for a different size of practice.
Take on the next client without the next spreadsheet.
Tell us how many clients you run and which frameworks they ask about. We will scope a plan around that.
